Where we work in Manhattan
Twelve neighborhoods, each written about the buildings that are actually there rather than about the neighborhood in general.
We are based on Seventh Avenue in Chelsea and work across the west side and the center of Manhattan, from the Village up to the 40s and east to Third Avenue.
These pages are not interchangeable. A Federal row house in the West Village, a cast-iron loft in SoHo, a tenement in Hell's Kitchen and a new tower at Hudson Yards have almost nothing in common once you are behind the wall, and what goes wrong in each is different.
